There are loads of nice drinks out there, but you had better choose wisely. If you (or your child if you are a parent) are really "hyper", it could be the food they are eating that is the problem. Also, if they are always, tired, sad or naughty in school, it could be because of what they eat.
A good idea is to always have a look at the ingredient list before you buy something. If the list is long, and includes for example preservatives and modified ingredients, it means the food has been processed (changed in many ways from when it was in the field) and you might want to avoid it.
